Ordering Delivery & Returns
From Start to finish
We strive to make the custom ordering process simple and enjoyable. From selecting colors and designs to the final delivery, we are committed to creating something special for your home and heart.
Ordering
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom blanket orders. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Once materials arrive, your project is added to our work queue.
Delivery
Because every blanket is handmade, completion times vary depending on blanket size, design complexity, yarn availability, and current order volume. Most orders are completed within 1 to 4 weeks. Larger and specialty blankets may require additional time. Local pickup and shipping options are available.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of custom handmade items, custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your blanket so we can work with you to make it right.
